Routine: We've had a bit of a rough month. Right around 4 weeks old Miss Natalie started becoming a fussy and colicky baby during the day and up until bedtime. It's definitely taken a toll on me. I've tried everything - gas drops, massage, gripe water, herbal teas, colic drops, eliminating dairy/caffeine from my diet, and now we're doing probiotics. It's very challenging to have a colicky baby...as a mother you just feel so helpless and guilty for not being able to soothe your baby. I've been reading up on colic and everything says it peaks at 6-8 weeks and usually goes away at 3 months...I hope that's the case for us. Aside from being a grouchy bear during the day, Natalie sleeps great during the night, only waking once or twice to nurse. She usually sleeps until 7 am! The swing has been a godsend and she usually naps in it during the day. Natalie's nickname has become "Nattie" given to her by her big sis.

Likes/Dislikes: Natalie likes being held upright to look around. She loves being talked to and enjoys her swing. She does not like putting on lotion or being without her paci on a car ride!

Milestones: First time mom & dad left Natalie w/ Grandparents. Holds her head up for several seconds at a time. First shots:-( First professional photos w/ Sister.
